The 2010 Duel
All handicaps are submitted to to the Executive Handicap Committee for review, and once decided, are not open to negotiations (unless Steed agrees to accept a formal complaint). Last year's winner's handicaps will be evaluated and subsequently decreased to ensure fairness for all new and returning Duel players. We fully expect Dugan to be an 8 next year.
